Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end mortgage process, from initial consultation to settlement
- Providing expert advice and tailored mortgage solutions to clients
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners
- Staying updated on lending products, policies, and industry regulations
- Leading complex loan scenarios and structuring loan applications to meet client needs
- Meeting performance targets and contributing to the firm’s growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in mortgage broking or lending role, with a proven track record of success
- A passion for sales, with the ability to build referral networks and drive new business
- Strong industry knowledge and familiarity with various lender products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively
- Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
